FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Depending on the occasion or size of your chosen package, your digital gallery can take up to four weeks. A sneak peek will be delivered with a handful of photos within 2-3 business days, the lowest package being fully delivered within a 7-business day minimum!
Do you have a recommended videographer?
Needing video or aerial footage? Be patient, McGuffin Media will soon be offering videography and drone services! Until then, contact me privately for recommendations in the surrounding areas!
Is there anything else I need to know?
Travel fees are not automatically applied into initial pricing, and only apply to locations/venues 4+ hours from the office (41143). If you need to cancel and reschedule, shoot me a message! I am super easy to work with and we will make a plan to fit your needs. However, if you book a session with me and cancel back-to-back, then a nonrefundable deposit will be asked before I will schedule you in again. I will not and do not give out raw, unedited images. Any request for them will be denied. I also take on seniors! Special pricing will be arranged for four full sessions, one each season throughout the year!

How does the process work?
1. Fill Out a Form
I will send you a questionnaire asking for more details of what you have in mind for your session so that I can better serve and assist you to bring your vision to life!
2. Sign a Contract
This is to cover me and you both! It will state the terms and conditions as agreed upon by both parties in case legal action is pursued.
3. The Big Day
The day of your session! I will reach out a few days before as a reminder and again on the morning of, to doublecheck that you are still available to join me. I will have props, prompts and poses already prepared, but feel more than welcome to brainstorm your own poses and share them with me! I want you to feel as relaxed as you can be so that your photos are natural-looking.
4. Photos & Prints
I will promptly edit your photos and place them in a digital gallery that can be accessed by you through a personal link that will lead you back here to my site. You can purchase prints and customizable gifts straight from here in the Store tab! Quick, simple and easy for your convenience.
